More sightseeing today: a walk on Holyrood Park

We walked back along the Radical Road, where the slope meets the cliffs. The sight of Bertie tripping happily along the very edge of the precipice gave Faye vertigo. It looks much steeper from up there.

The weather was better today, hot and sunny, but we seemed to spend most of it stuck in traffic. We also popped in to see Anthea. She put her cat, Jessie, outside so Bertie could roam around. When it came time to leave we found him in the bedroom, having an intense staring contest with Jessie through the window. Both were stock still, Jessie with her fur fluffed to absolute maximum.

Needless to say, Bertie lost. Cats can stare anyone out.
