Bertie is recovering from his ordeal. He's been eating like a hungry horse and enjoying his walks. He's still quite clingy though, so I hope he doesn't freak out when I go back to work tomorrow night. I washed all the floors before collecting him from the kennels, but he's still finding certain sections dangerously slippery. Unless there's a walk or some biscuits in the offing of course; then he seems to be able to negotiate them without whining for help.
